We will review your email and if you meet the qualifications
we are looking for, we will contact you to submit your resume
if you have not already submitted one. We will then search
open positions and hospitals for your new position.

The Resume is a Match to a Job Posting
If your resume is a match with an open position, we will then
contact you to find out more information about your
situation. Some of the questions we may ask: 

1. Are you willing to relocate?
   • If so, are you married and what profession is your spouse in?
   • If so, do you have children and what are their ages?
   • Do you have special needs for you or your family?
2. What is your current salary?
3. What salary range do you desire?
4. Beside your career objective, what other specifics are
   you looking for in a new position?
   • Live close to water (ocean, lake)
   • Live close to mountains
   • Rural/community/urban settings
   • Size of hospital (how many beds?)

The Hospital Selects Your Resume
If your resume is of interest to the hospital, we will work with
you and the hospital to set up interviews. If you are the final
selected candidate for the position, we will help negotiate
your compensation package and stay in touch with you AND
the hospital to monitor the process.
